He holds a Bacholor of Music Degree in Music Education from Mansfield University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has had teaching experiences in Mansfield PA, Newtown PA, and East Stroudsburg PA. He is currently the Assistant Director of Choral Activities at the J.T. Lambert Intermediate School where he also teaches 6th and 7th grade general music classes. He is also a 4th and 5th grade choir director and Kindergarten, 1st, and 3rd grade general music teacher at Resica Elementary School. Both Schools are in the East Stroudsburg Area School District located in East Stroudsburg, PA. Currently, Mr. Madas is also working towards his Masters in Education Degree in Instructional Technology at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
